soft and moist apple and whey protein blondy ready in few easy step
Ingredients
- 5.3 oz apple with skin (2 apple)
- 1.05 oz vanilla whey protein(2 scoop)
- 1 whole eggs
- ¼ cup grounded allmonds with skin
- ½ cup whole grain puffed rice natural
- 2 lemon or orange zest
- 1/2 squeezed lemon or orange juce
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Squeeze lemon(or orange), grate the apple then add in the same bowl all the other ingredients.
- Make few little disk of mixture with using a soup spoon on backing paper eventually using a baking little rings for give a proper shape.
- Cook at 300F(150C)
