1. Mix all the ingredients and knee till look like a dough. 2. Make little balls approximately like a meat ball or half of a golf ball, and flat between your palm forming little thick disk. 3. Place in to a backing tray covered with backing paper. 4. Cook in to a pre-heat hoven at 170C degrees for 15 minutes. 5. Leave to chill for an hour or so then the cookie will release his moisture, keep refrigerated and consume within few days or immediately.
