Trofie with pesto – small twist-shaped pasta made using spelt flour, and served with a tasty rocket and almond pesto sauce (with suggestions for other types of pesto using seasonal produce)

Spinach ravioli stuffed with a cheese and spinach filling, dressed in a beurre blanc and sage sauce

Stripey bon bon pasta with a sundried tomato and mature cheese filling, accompanied by a sweet pepper & mint sauce

Asparagus ravioli with saffron sauce

Meat stuffed cappellacci green pasta with Neapolitan Ragu
